SANDEN started producing automotive air-conditioners and SD compressors for automotive air-conditioners in 1971.

Some Skoda Fabia are built with the same air conditioning compressor. The Original Equipment Manufacturer Numbers (OEM numbers) are Skoda 6Q0820803H, 6Q0820803R.



The air-conditioning system of these vehicles was assembled with a Sanden PXE13 compressor. Manufacturer numbers: Sanden 8740, 8740F, 8741, 8741F.
These ac units seem to be interchangeable.
