In
2012 Volkswagen de Mexico awarded SANDEN International (USA), Inc. with the
prestigious "VW Group Award". On this occasion, SANDEN International
(USA), Inc. was the only A/C system related supplier earning the award.
Some Skoda Octavia are built with the same air conditioning compressor. The Original
Equipment Manufacturer Numbers (OEM numbers) are Skoda 1J0820803A, 1J0820805.
The air-conditioning system of these vehicles was assembled with a
Sanden 7V16 compressor. Manufacturer numbers: Sanden 1206, 1221.
These
ac units seem to be interchangeable.
